Mike Arturi
Founder and Executive Director, Drum Circle Leader
Mike Arturi is a lifelong professional musician and music lover. Since 1996 Mike has been a full time member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee band, The Lovin’ Spoonful. Mike is passionate about sharing his love for music. He is a teaching artist and educator, a public speaker, a mentor, and the Executive Director of Universal Music Center.

Ava Brookshaw
Musician- Guitar, Vocals
Ava Brookshaw began playing guitar at age nine, and has been performing ever since.
I love being involved with OnSite Music & Arts because it gives me a great opportunity to give back to the community!

Cheri Bunker
Drummer and Entrepreneur
Cheri Bunker has had over 20 years of experience presenting and facilitating many different types of classes and programs using the drum. She created her business Drum It Up! out of her love of the drum and the positive effect it has on all her clients. Cheri facilitates the drumming program HealthRhythms and works with all populations specializing in memory care and the disabled.
I’m glad to be a part of OnSite Music & Arts because it gives me the opportunity to connect with diverse communities through the power of the drum. Being involved allows me to share creative energy and help make drumming more accessible to those who may not have had the chance otherwise.

Dave Carpenter
Musician
Dave Carpenter‘s goal when entertaining is to bring people back to the wonderful memories of the Friday and Saturday night wedding and anniversary dances that whole families went to together. Dave has played in all kinds of bands throughout his lifelong music career, including polka, country, and fifties/sixties rock and roll!
I enjoy sharing all of my music with others in hopes that it will help them recall a wonderful time in their lives.

Tony Cuchetti
Musician
Steeped in the ways of American roots and soul music, Red Wing, MN based singer/songwriter Tony Cuchetti breathes life into his songs in an honest, relatable fashion. Storytelling is key to his style of crafting and performing songs; combining compelling details and situations with music that create a visceral emotional connection with his listeners. A working class musician who has lived through many of the topics that he writes about, his “long in the tooth” brand of music and relatable stories is quickly realized by listeners fortunate enough to cross paths with him.

Esther Gullixson
Music Therapist
Esther Gullixson is a board certified music therapist. She grew up singing in choirs and playing violin in orchestras. Esther spent her career working for the Red Wing Public Schools and Mayo Hospice as a music therapist. She is now retired and loves bringing her guitar and singing with our senior population. Esther is also a songwriter and likes to share her songs with others.

Anna Filkins
Musician- Guitar, Piano, Ukulele, Vocals, Saxophone
Anna Filkins has been performing since she was 10 years old. She enjoys being involved in OnSite Music & Arts because it allows her to connect with residents in nursing home facilities through music– bringing joy, comfort, and a sense of companionship.
Sharing my love for music in this way is incredibly rewarding, as I can see the positive impact it has on people’s mood and well-being.

Joe Diethelm
Musician and Educator
Joe Diethelm describes himself as “a guitar player gone bad.” Dressed in his Lederhosen, Joe plays a variety of music German, Scandinavian, and Austrian folk songs, Beatles, Johnny Cash, Americana sing-a-longs, waltzes, and polkas! Joes musical performances are lively and interactive, encouraging singing, dancing, and other participatory activities. His unique instruments include a 13 foot Swiss Alpenhorn, Swiss cowbells, and a button accordion.
Joe attended Moorhead State University, graduating with a degree in Music and Music Education. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Elective Studies in Visual Arts from St. Cloud State University.

Grace Horn
Indie Folk Singer/Songwriter
Grace Horn is a Minnesota-based musician with wide variety of artistic influences that are spread across genres – some of her influences include the Pixies, Joni Mitchell, Amy Winehouse, Hayley Williams, Shakey Graves, Courtney Barnett, Haley Heynderickx, Indigo De Souza, and Billie Eilish. She considers herself a poetic lyricist who strives to strike her audience with emotion, inviting them to feel her music through the lens of a stranger.
Grace spends her time practicing and performing with a goal of booking a gig in Nashville in the Summer of 2026. She is also working on recording and producing her first album!

Greg Taylor
Musician- Guitar and Vocals
Greg Taylor has been playing acoustic guitar and singing since 1973.
OnSite Music & Arts has been a blessing for me and everyone I play for. It’s rewarding to see these our audiences enjoy music as much as they do!

Heidi Bacon
Professional Artist and Executive Director of The Artist’s Sanctuary
Heidi Bacon founded and is Executive Director for a nonprofit organization called The Artist Sanctuary, whose mission is to be a catalyst for artists to be successful. The Artist Sanctuary’s goal is to provide resources and creative outlets for artists of all disciplines. Heidi has worked in conjunction with the Frontenac and Whitewater State Parks in Minnesota, connecting nature with art through workshops, demonstrations and murals. She has been awarded several grants through the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council to create projects that educate the public about watershed and pollinators through art. Heidi is an experienced and professional artists who enjoys leading arts and crafts workshops of all kinds to varying populations.

Jessica Zuehlke
Professional Writer, Performer, Educator, Musician
Jessica Zuehlke is the creator of OUTLOUD, an event program that integrates books, stories, and conversations with an audience. Topics are customized for the site and residents, and may include music sing alongs. Jessica also provides flute or ukulele music for teas, parties, and luncheons. She has been a performer, teacher, musician, and professional writer for several decades and continues to love her work and her clients!

Kent Kane
Poet
Kent Kane is an optimistic sayer of original words created from human feelings as well as physical experiences from his walk of life. He hopes others will benefit from his heart-expressed emotions.

Kohn
Vocalist and Performer
Kohn is an entertainer who always strives to put on a great show. Kohn has been singing in front of crowds since first grade and covering great performers such as Sinatra, Elvis, and Freddie Mercury! His favorite part of being involved with OnSite Music & Arts is making people happy.

Kris Pichelman
Musician and Educator
Kris Pichelman takes her audience on a trip down memory lane! She plays piano and sings songs from musicals and faith. If folk songs are more your style, Kris sings and plays the ukulele to songs of the 60s and 70s. If it’s classical instrumental music you prefer, Kris can play her flute, clarinet, or bassoon for a relaxing or invigorating listening session. Kris is a professional music teacher who works throughout the region.

LaVone Kay
Artist
LaVone Kay is a self-taught artist who enjoys drawing and painting landscapes using primarily acrylic but also uses watercolor and pastel chalk. She takes great delight in doing crafts and painting with her grandchildren. It has always been important to her to give back so when she was told about OnSite Music & Arts she knew she wanted to be involved to bring a spot of joy to someones day.

Mark Berman
Musician- Harmonica
Mark Berman plays chromatic harmonica with an emphasis on jazz. He has been playing, performing, and learning since 2010.
I am honored to be a member of the OnSite Music & Arts team. It’s extremely rewarding to generate a positive response from residents who at first appear to be inaccessible. Engaging with the attendees makes my day.

Mark Healey
Musician and Producer
Mark Healey is a Madison, Wl native who has played bass guitar and sang with the internationally renowned rock band Badfinger since 1986. A life long musician and producer, Mark has played with many regional and national bands, including Dealer, Eargazm and Crow early in his career. In 1981 Mark moved to Los Angeles, CA, where he became a successful recording engineer and producer. He now resides in Minneapolis, MN, where he continues to record music at Aurora Mastering Studios & The Villa Recording Studios and performs solo/duo shows in Florida and throughout the Midwest.

Wellness Guide
Nina Verin is a multidisciplinary wellness guide whose life’s work bridges the worlds of animals, art, and human connection. Nina brings a deeply intuitive understanding to her animal-assisted therapy practice. She weaves poetry, visual art, therapy animals and storytelling into her workshops, creating a nurturing space for awakening and reflection.

Tim Cheesebrow
Musician and Songwriter
Tim Cheesebrow’s music layers an eclectic mix of styles to create a sound with modern grooves, catchy melodies, and a sense of being grounded in deep roots. He’s known for his percussive guitar work, capo-wizardry, and an expressive voice big enough to fill any room. Tim’s lyrics are heartfelt and honest, bringing audiences with him to explore concepts of family, self-doubt, hope, grief, and the many facets of love. He looks to music as a source of healing and puts that magic to work at each performance so listeners leave with more than they expected to find. Tim’s calm and passionate presence, combined with his thoughtful song-craft, make him a favorite of intimate listening rooms.

Tom Peschges
Musician and Songwriter
Tom Peschges is a singer/songwriter heavily influenced by Greats such as John Denver, Guy Clark, Jimmy Buffett and many more. He writes and performs original songs as a solo act and with bands such as the Double Down Daredevils.
At the heart of what I do is telling a story. Many of my songs come from personal lived experience.

Kieran Krentz
Pianist
Kieran Krentz is a young phenom pianist who plays with resonating emotion. His dynamic performances evoke majesty and passion. Kieran plays a range of music from classical composers to modern electronic. Along with his service in the United States Army, Kieran is pursuing a career in piano performance and education.
