Mike Arturi is a lifelong professional musician and music lover. Since 1996 Mike has been a full time member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee band, The Lovin’ Spoonful. Mike is passionate about sharing his love for music. He is the founder and Executive Director of Universal Music Center, and a teaching artist and educator with John F. Kennedy Center’s Turnaround Arts as well as the COMPAS organization of Minnesota. Mike is a public speaker, a mentor, a performer, and a community leader and volunteer. Mike endeavors to help others achieve goals and offers tools that support the processes to success and happiness.

Founder and General Manager, Massage Therapist

Lauri Neubert is a founding member of OnSite Music & Arts and she serves as its General Manager. She has a primary role in creating ONSMA’s standard operating procedures and policies. Lauri’s background includes corporate senior administrative work for both Best Buy and Mayo Clinic Health Systems, along with 25+ years of experience as an entertainment buyer for resorts and casinos nationwide. Lauri is also a member of Universal Music Center’s Board of Directors and manages administrative concerns for UMC including invoicing, student schedule tracking, payroll and quarterly Board of Directors meetings. She has been pivotal in the rapid growth and success of OnSite Music & Arts.
